Day One Hundred Eight: Exposure | Light | Open | Bright
This week my group is working on exposure - today was experimenting with ISO. I think I have the concept of ISO understood - all I know is that I basically hate shooting anything higher than 100. I am not a fan of grainy images for myself. Maybe it's my equipment - or maybe it's just something I need to learn to embrace and learn to love. I just struggle with that in my own preference of shooting but I do understand that without being able to increase my ISO, shooting in low light is very difficult. I wasn't feeling much inspiration today until I looked out to see my hubby working diligently on grilling up our burgers for dinner as I was making the side dishes inside. I just look at him and he still gives me butterflies. I am so grateful for this man.

This is the second time I have taken on this challenge. I completed a 365 in 2014 - took 2015 off and decided that this year I wanted to do another challenge. I am part of an amazing group of talented photographers who post an image from an interpretation of a prompt that we receive every day in our e-mail. It's so neat to see how differently a person perceives a simple word or concept and how they translate that into a photograph. I am kicking myself that I didn't do a challenge in 2015 so this is me getting back into doing something I enjoy so very much! Archives
