Day Three Hundred Twenty Five:
Thankful For Point of View | Lighting | Shadows | Change It Up Today we were blessed to have my niece and nephew over and we spent some time pulling all the munchkins behind with wheelers on their sleds. I had to stop to capture this beautiful sunset while we were riding. I love the snow. I love the beautiful country that God has allowed me to experience and live in. I love the natural shadows and lighting that this sunset created. I love looking up ~ knowing that looking up to the one who loves me more than anyone else, is the best way to change my point of view. God sure does take care of us

Day Three Hundred Twenty Four:
Thankful For Fallen Leaves | Nature | Autumn | On The Ground The fallen leaves are officially covered! This is the aftermath to yesterday's blizzard. Now, it's time for clean up! Day Three Hundred Twenty Three: Thankful For Pumpkin Spice | Off Prompt | Kinda
The only part of this photo that fits the prompt is that my dog has that sort of pumpkin color to her. I was THRILLED to see snow this morning. I love the snow. It's so much fun to play in. School was closed (they made that announcement at 6 this morning) so my munchkins have been outside all morning so far. It's coming down hard and we are supposed to get 8-12 inches. We are already at about 3-4! Even Fujisu is happy for snow!
Day Three Hundred Thirty One: Thankful For Fall Decorations | Pumpkins | Leaves | Adornments
Step one - read the prompt. Step two - wrack your brain on what Fall decorations you have. Step three - dig out some decorations from the Halloween bin that you just put away. Step four - look outside and see the beautiful sunrise. Step five - YOU JUST KNOW you have to use that sunrise in your photo today so you go outside with your soaking wet hair from your recent shower and capture your photo. Day Three Hundred Twenty: Thankful For The Color Of Fresh Baked | Cooked | Baked | Grilled
Yummmmm - fresh baked cookies in the morning! The kids sure are excited for their after school snack! (I may have let them have one already - I mean - who can resist having cookies right out of the oven)??? Mother of the year?!? LOL :) Day Three Hundred Nineteen: Thankful For My Backyard | Plants | Flowers | Foliage
I am thankful for my backyard. I am thankful for beautiful mornings! Day Three Hundred Eighteen: Thankful For November Colors | Rustic | Deep Colors | Fall
Our November colors have lost their bright beautiful colors and turned into darker beautiful colors. Autumn has always been my favorite time of the year ~ the reds, yellows, and oranges that our world colors itself with don't last for a long time but even when their luster does fall away ~ there is still beauty to be found.
Day Three Hundred Sixteen: Thankful For Remembering | Reminisce | Respect | Recognition
Thankful for our Veterans ~ absolutely yes!!! Today I am especially thankful for the way I like to archive my memories... Two of my very good girlfriends and I got together early to do a big shopping spree to prepare for a long weekend of scrapbooking. Now, we are here with two of our other friends and we have spread out and we are already remembering and laughing and reminiscing. |
Danette Badger
This is the second time I have taken on this challenge. I completed a 365 in 2014 - took 2015 off and decided that this year I wanted to do another challenge. I am part of an amazing group of talented photographers who post an image from an interpretation of a prompt that we receive every day in our e-mail. It's so neat to see how differently a person perceives a simple word or concept and how they translate that into a photograph. I am kicking myself that I didn't do a challenge in 2015 so this is me getting back into doing something I enjoy so very much! Archives
