59/365 ~ Just A Glimpse | A Part | A Piece | Cropped
Oh Luna! She made a trip to the basement and found one of the boys bedrooms left open... that obviously meant that any unsuspecting toy laying around became hers! And now, that toy is destroyed... thank goodness her brothers weren’t mad at her!

58/365 ~ Complementary | Refraction | Water | Glass
This was fun! :) It's neat how each glass makes the colors bend differently. 57/365 ~ Refraction | Crystal Ball | Water Drops | Bend the Light
This was Luna's "stop making me stop mom ~ I want to keep walking" won't-look-at-me look. LOL! 56/365 ~ Controlled Chaos | Multiples | Everyday Objects | Colorful
The catch all cup that has pens, pencils, paint brushes, markers, screwdrivers, and even a wood finish stain marker (that's where that went!) ~ added with the nosy dog ~ became my controlled chaos photo today. Not exactly what I envisioned but it makes me giggle! 55/365 ~ Abstract | Isolate | Experiment | Unusual
The wind today has been crazy! There are two railroad tracks buried under those snow drifts. They were uncovered this morning. Burrrrr! 54/365 ~ Alone | Simple | Intentional | Wide Open
He lays there ~ halfway in the bathroom as a reminder that he wants a drink. You see, he will only drink out of the tub. So, if he is laying here ~ his people better plug the tub and fill it with some water for him to enjoy... 52/365 ~ A Plant | Black and White | Blur | On a Third
I love how the world looks after a big snowfall! 51/365 ~ Elegant | Graceful | Artistic | Decorative
I made this quilt for my grandma in 2005! She was such an elegant woman who would spoil us with her own handmade blankets made by crocheting so I wanted to do something special for her. I did this just by trial and error - totally made by teaching myself. I had only made two other quilts before this. One was made with my dads old Harley Davidson shirts and the other was just a simple quilt with squares. This one I wanted to be a bit more artistic so I tried this pattern called a card trick. As you can see, it's not perfect - some of the corners didn't like up but this was extremely special to my grandma. She even brought it with her to hospice during her last days. I got it back after she passed in 2011. This is not meant to just lie around as decoration - it's still used with so much love. 50/365 ~ Don't Overthink It! | One and Done | Centered | Solo
I definitely didn't over think this one! Just sitting in the truck waiting for the kids to get out to go to TKD for the evening. |
Danette BadgerThis is my FIFTH challenge! I completed an entire 365 in 2014. In 2015, I tried to do something different and failed miserably so after finishing 2016 successfully I just had to keep going in 2017 and 2018! I am part of an amazing group of talented photographers who post an image from an interpretation of a prompt that we receive every day in our e-mail. It's so neat to see how differently a person perceives a simple word or concept and how they translate that into a photograph. I enjoy this challenge very much and I am looking forward to seeing what 2019 brings! Archives
