59/365 ~ Look Down | Perspective | Bottom | Feet
Every week at Awana we have a fun theme and tonight it was "I LOVE MUSTACHE" night. I made my group these cute little mustaches and asked if they would pose for me and they all happily did so. I am so blessed to spend my Wednesday evenings with these special kids!

The bright moon made the icicles on our home look lovely... perfect opportunity to make a photo! 57/365 ~ Contained | In a Jar | Inside | One
I just can't do it anymore! My winter toes - chipped paint and all - just aren't pretty and I don't like it one bit. They are so easy to overlook having to wear socks and winter shoes everyday. But today is the day that changes! I always use my go-to color - a nice bright red! 56/365 ~ Isolate Your Subject | Single | Highlight | Simple
I had to document this again! We received another big snow fall last night ~ 4.5 inches this time. Our total accumulation from Friday night to this morning was 11"! Finally, we got a nice amount of snow! We needed this at Christmastime! 55/365 ~ Prompt Free
My boys were invited to a birthday party at a tubing hill today. My hubby was supposed to be out of town but he wound up staying home so we thought that we would stay at the tubing hill with our daughter and enjoy the beautiful day too. When Eve decided to go play a bit on her own, my hubby and I got to tube down the hills on our own. It was wonderful and felt like we were on a date! Lots of happy laughs with my best friend and boy did we need it! 54/365 ~ Movement | Action | Motion | Energy
Last night we got a nice big snowfall! The official report says our town got 7" but because we are under a canopy of large pine trees we don't get quite that much. We only got about 5-6" but we are all thrilled. We are still getting some nice big flakes falling this morning and it's a beautiful sight outside. For some reason, this sort of weather gets us all motivated to move and already this morning I have shoveled both decks, my hubby is plowing both driveways, and the kids are running around the house because school is two hours late. Lots of energy today! 53/365 ~ Drop | Falling | Mid Air | Moving
Do you see that little yellow seed falling in mid air? It's there! These little birds are SO MESSY! Most of the goodies are all over the deck and ground! I still love to provide for them tho! 52/365 ~ Up In The Air | Suspended | Play | Get on the Ground
This is a screen shot of a video I took of my Awana kids yelling "WE LOVE AWANA!" I love these kids like they are my own and I am so glad to be a part of teaching them about God and watching their relationship with God grow! 51/365 ~ Burst | Continuous | Split Second | Process
My three were bursting with joy this morning because we had a fresh snow fall overnight! 50/365 ~ Taking Off | Zooming | Leaping | Flying
Oh this girl just needs to run! I walk with her daily - even 20 below zero I'll take her out. She does really good on the way to the end of the road but on the way back she pulls with all her might and I fight her the whole way ~ I have sore arms and I am sure it doesn't feel good for her neck. I am NOT a runner so I am trying to use that opportunity to train her to be patient and still enjoy the walk. Today, I decided to get my Ranger out to see how she would do running beside it. SHE LOVED IT!!! She went about 15-20 mph the whole time. I may have to take her running and then walk her after so I get the exercise! LOL! |

This is my FOURTH challenge! I completed an entire 365 in 2014 - then in 2015, I tried to do something different and failed miserably so after finishing 2016 successfully I just had to keep going in 2017! I am part of an amazing group of talented photographers who post an image from an interpretation of a prompt that we receive every day in our e-mail. It's so neat to see how differently a person perceives a simple word or concept and how they translate that into a photograph. I enjoy this challenge very much and I am looking forward to seeing what 2018 brings! You can view my past projects by clicking the links below for each year. CY365
