212/365 ~ What's For Dinner | Everyday Dilemma | Clever Take | A New Vantage Point
I use this dry erase calendar on my fridge for meal planning. I do much better in the school months though. My process is to grocery shop for 2 weeks worth of supper meals and write them on the calendar. That allows me to thaw out foods necessary for certain meals and that sort of thing. It takes a lot of stress off my shoulders to do this. I am not a big fan of cooking so the easier I can make this for myself the better! I actually really like this photo! I wouldn't have taken a shot like this even though I am standing here quite often throughout the month. (Messy magnets all over). Tonight is a "whatever" night (that just means leftovers). We are trying to clean out the fridge before vacation for 6 days! Whoot!

I always love reading. I go through spurts though... Sometimes I go a couple of months without picking up a book and other times, I can't put a book down. I am in the can't-put-a-book-down phase this summer. I love having the ability to take a break from my day while my kids are at TKD and read a good story. 210/365 ~ The Real Me | Casual | Unedited | Natural
This is me... This is how I like to exist... a beautiful spot in the woods, my family and friends in the background enjoying a nice fishing spot. We have good food to munch on, happy conversation ~ just making memories with my camera that is always by my side. This has been a most amazing weekend. I am so blessed! 209/365 ~ Something Special | With Words | Unique | On The Ground
We bought our kids their first fishing poles today. Of course that meant we had to go fishing after dinner. Everyone caught a fish tonight so everyone was very happy! 208/365 ~ Bits And Pieces | Sculpture | Art | Made By Hand
Here are bits and pieces of my day. We have this huge space in our bathroom that had a chimney that hasn't been used in many years. We decided today was the day we would remove it. On top of removing the chimney, we had to replace our bathroom fan that just stopped working this week so my hubby had to work in the hot attic. It was crazy how this worked out and we decided to patch up the huge hole we made until the basement is done. Then I'll be able to finish my bathroom! Mike did give me permission to use the photo of his rump as he was digging out cement from the chimney. 207/365 ~ Natural | Genuine | Common | Conventional
Our favorite treat to find on our adventures are wild raspberries! We have spent countless hours at these bushes anywhere we find them! 206/365 ~ Corroded | Decay | Oxidation | Rusted
I think my dad made this for us back in 2009 when my boys were about 2 years old. He carved the names and my mom painted it for us. Evette's name was added in 2011. I am impressed with how great it still looks! To me, this is more rustic and weathered than corroded and I love the look it has! 205/365 ~ Edible | Messy | Refreshing | Slices
I am so lucky because I can arrange my schedule throughout the week to spend time with my babies. Today, we decided to take advantage of a $5.00 movie pre person at the theater and watched Ant-Man and the Wasp. If you are a fan of Marvel movies, you may be aware that at the very end of the credits, there is always an extra bit they show. So here, as we were waiting for that to come up, Blake was standing with his now empty refreshing cup of pop. I had to capture this because the read is gorgeous in the theater! 204/365 ~ Layers | Lines | Swirls | End
I have fond memories of searching for agates with my family as a child... now I have three of my own who have discovered how much fun the search is as well. We have a large collection! 203/365 ~ Red | Eye Catching | Intense | Bold
It's the last day of our camping trip and Luna was awesome! I took this early today when Eve and I were going down to shower. Luna and Mike were dead to the world. Don't even know I took this one. I just thought they looked too cute and the red pillow case makes it fit today's prompt. :) |

This is my FOURTH challenge! I completed an entire 365 in 2014 - then in 2015, I tried to do something different and failed miserably so after finishing 2016 successfully I just had to keep going in 2017! I am part of an amazing group of talented photographers who post an image from an interpretation of a prompt that we receive every day in our e-mail. It's so neat to see how differently a person perceives a simple word or concept and how they translate that into a photograph. I enjoy this challenge very much and I am looking forward to seeing what 2018 brings! You can view my past projects by clicking the links below for each year. CY365
