334/365 ~ Thankful For Droplets | Water | Leaves | Wet
I had wanted to do Rhadonda’s awesome water drop technique but it just wasn’t meant to be today. So, I captured this while out shopping with my hubby and daughter tonight. I am thankful for the beauty of snowflakes. It’s amazing to me how no two are alike.

333/365 ~ Thankful For Timeworn | Weathered | Aged | Shabby
THIS!! I can’t tell you what this sight does to this momma’s heart!! My son Blake is doing his own “Bible study.” This is how he left the breakfast table... he studies his Bible, (which is as timeworn as a Bible can be in the hands of an 11 year old boy ~ and by that I mean that it’s been taped up and has ripped pages), while he eats breakfast and works on his Awana workbook. The bag I bought him has had the straps sewn back on multiple times each... THIS!! He uses these tools and I pray that this will be something he uses diligently throughout his entire life. 332/365 ~ Thankful for the Everyday | Useful | Overlooked | Wow!
One of my boys' classmates passed away and we found out about it yesterday. He was 12 years old and suffered with cancer for far too many years. He is safe in heaven and we are glad we get to see him again someday. We were blessed to get ready for our day with this beautiful sunrise today. So easily overlooked because of the hustle and bustle of our lives. I love being a photographer... I slow down, I make sure I pay attention, I make sure to treasure all the moments that go by too fast. I am praying that this young man's family finds comfort that he is not suffering anymore and is finally cancer free with Jesus! Sometimes it's hard to understand these heartbreaking situations but we know we have a God who loves us! 331/365 ~ Thankful for Chipped Paint | Rust | Worn | Macro
You may see some creatively and naturally chipped paint - but I see house work. This is the fascia boards on our home that we really need to replace. I have the new boards all ready and painted in the garage... now to get my hubby to do the rest of the project. I am thankful I have a home to make projects like this necessary. 330/365 ~ Thankful For Nature | Plant | Leaf | Foliage
I got a new toy today! This lens ball is going to be so much fun! :) 329/365 ~ Thankful For The Details | Just a Part | Larger Than | Up Close
So thankful for a warm bubble bath and pruney fingers on a cold day! 328/365 ~ Thankful For Exploring | Investigate | Adventure | The Road Less Traveled
I got some money for my birthday and decided I wanted to spend it on a date day with my daughter. It was so much fun to spend the day with her today and let her look around to her hearts content. She would run to this stack of clothes and that stack of clothes... gave me whiplash sometimes! Giggle! She ahs quite the style and I love it! She is so colorful and confident. I am so glad she is mine! 327/365 ~ Thankful for Where I Stand | A Mess | In The Midst | Keeping it Real
We had a 40 degree day today! All the snow disappeared and it felt like spring around here. We decided to use the nice weather to clean up the yard and Mike played catch with the kids for HOURS today. I had to work for a bit but I did take some breaks to go out and giggle at them as Luna kept trying to steal the baseball away each time it was dropped. We had many laughs today! 326/365 ~ Thankful | Grateful | Appreciative | Pleased
I am so thankful for everything in my life, my family, my children, and all the blessings God has bestowed on me. But today I am especially thankful for this man. It's my hubby's 38th birthday today. I have known him for 17 years, we have been together for 14 years, and married for 12 years. He works so hard for me and our family. He takes such good care of me emotionally and physically. I can't imagine how different life would be without him. I can't wait to continue to walk through this life with you honey. God has truly blessed us so much! 325/365 ~ Thankful For Vibrance | Brilliant | Colorful | Lively
I get such nice compliments on the color of my jacket. A color that I wouldn't have typically chosen for myself but I really do like it and I am glad I bought it. |

This is my FOURTH challenge! I completed an entire 365 in 2014 - then in 2015, I tried to do something different and failed miserably so after finishing 2016 successfully I just had to keep going in 2017! I am part of an amazing group of talented photographers who post an image from an interpretation of a prompt that we receive every day in our e-mail. It's so neat to see how differently a person perceives a simple word or concept and how they translate that into a photograph. I enjoy this challenge very much and I am looking forward to seeing what 2018 brings! You can view my past projects by clicking the links below for each year. CY365
