Day Forty-Three: Where I Stand | Step Back | Perspective This is a restorative yoga pose that feels like heaven at the end of a busy day - when I usually do this pose. This is called legs-up-the-wall or Viparita Karani and has so many health benefits. I can enjoy this pose for hours. Like I said, I usually do this at the end of the day while my hubby and I are watching a movie together or I may turn on some music and just relax. Today, I decided I wanted to get my POTD done this morning and I have to say, I may have to add this to my morning routine. I feel great and ready to take on the day!

This is the second time I have taken on this challenge. I completed a 365 in 2014 - took 2015 off and decided that this year I wanted to do another challenge. I am part of an amazing group of talented photographers who post an image from an interpretation of a prompt that we receive every day in our e-mail. It's so neat to see how differently a person perceives a simple word or concept and how they translate that into a photograph. I am kicking myself that I didn't do a challenge in 2015 so this is me getting back into doing something I enjoy so very much! Archives
