Day Forty-Three: Where I Stand | Step Back | Perspective
This is a restorative yoga pose that feels like heaven at the end of a busy day - when I usually do this pose. This is called legs-up-the-wall or Viparita Karani and has so many health benefits. I can enjoy this pose for hours. Like I said, I usually do this at the end of the day while my hubby and I are watching a movie together or I may turn on some music and just relax. Today, I decided I wanted to get my POTD done this morning and I have to say, I may have to add this to my morning routine. I feel great and ready to take on the day!
